The Transportation Research and Education Center (TREC) at Portland State University (PSU) is the home of a new Resource Hub that will help government agencies, tribal governments, and community partners prioritize transportation decarbonization strategies and make better, more equitable investment decisions to meet local, regional and statewide targets.
